Who this is for
A website is not finished at launch. Plugins need updating, hosting renews, forms stop sending, and the small change you meant to make waits for months. A care plan puts one accountable team behind all of it.
- Owner-led businesses in Ireland with a WordPress site that matters to the business, whether we built it or not.
- Care providers and clinics that need a site that is always up, always secure and compliant with GDPR data residency.
- Restaurants, cafés and shops taking orders or bookings online, where an hour of downtime is lost revenue.
- Anyone who has been paying for hosting and a maintenance plugin and still has nobody to call when the site breaks.
Everything in the fixed fee
If it is not on this list, we say so before you sign, not after.
Managed hosting in an EU data centre
Managed WordPress hosting in an Irish or EU data centre, with a content delivery network and a firewall in front of it. Fast for Irish visitors and correct for GDPR.
Updates, tested first
WordPress core, theme and plugin updates applied on a schedule, checked on a staging copy before they touch the live site.
Two independent backups
Daily backups kept by the host and a second set sent to separate off-site storage, so a hosting failure and a backup failure cannot happen at the same time.
Security and uptime monitoring
Malware scanning, login protection and a firewall at the edge, with uptime checks that alert us before a customer tells you.
Small changes every month
A new menu, a price change, a staff photo, a seasonal banner. Send it over and it is done within the plan’s turnaround, not added to a someday list.
A monthly report
What was updated, what was backed up, uptime for the month, the changes we made and anything we recommend. One page, in plain language.
How the project runs
Discovery
We audit the site as it is: hosting, plugins, backups, security, speed and forms. You get a written list of what is fine and what is not before you pay for anything.
Strategy
We agree the tier, the monthly change allowance, the turnaround time and who on your side can request changes.
Execution
We move the site to managed hosting if needed, set up both backups, security and monitoring, apply the first round of updates and fix anything urgent from the audit.
Optimisation
Every month: updates tested and applied, backups verified, the report sent, changes made. Every quarter: a speed and security review with recommendations.
Three tiers, in plain words
Essential is hosting, updates, backups, security and monitoring, with a small monthly change allowance. It suits a brochure site that needs to be reliable and little else.
Standard adds a larger change allowance, a faster turnaround and a quarterly speed and SEO check. It suits a business whose site brings in enquiries and changes a few times a month.
Priority adds same-working-day response, a larger allowance again, performance monitoring against Core Web Vitals and a short monthly call. It suits sites taking orders or bookings, where downtime costs money. Tier prices and what each allowance covers are on the pricing page.
What happens when the site breaks
You message us on WhatsApp or email and a person replies within the tier’s response time. We check the monitoring, restore from the most recent clean backup if that is the fastest fix, and then find the cause so it does not repeat. Most breakages after an update are reversed within the hour because the update was tested on staging first and the backup was taken before it was applied.
If the problem is in a plugin we did not install or a change made outside the plan, we tell you what it is and what fixing it would cost before we do the work. No surprise invoices.
Moving a site built elsewhere
Many sites on care plans were not built by us. The audit in week one tells you honestly what state the site is in. If it is sound, we move it to managed hosting, usually overnight with no visible downtime, and the plan starts. If it has deeper problems, we quote a one-off tidy-up or a Website Rescue and you decide. You keep full ownership of the domain, the content and the site at every stage, and you can leave with a complete copy at any time.
We build and run about 20 of our own sites, so clients get methods we use on our own money. The hosting, backup and security setup on every care plan is the one we use for those sites, which is the simplest guarantee we can offer that it works.
GDPR and where your data lives
Care plan sites are hosted in Irish or EU data centres, backups are stored within the EU, and form submissions go to your CRM or inbox rather than sitting in the database longer than needed. We help you keep the privacy policy, the cookie banner and the consent records on your site in line with what the site actually does, which matters most for care providers and clinics handling enquiries from families.

Questions about care plans and hosting
What does a care plan cost?
From €60 a month, excluding VAT, for Essential, with Standard and Priority tiers above it. The monthly fee includes hosting, so there is no separate hosting bill. There is no minimum term; you can cancel at the end of any month and take a full copy of your site with you. Current tier prices are on the pricing page.
Do you only look after sites you built?
No. Any WordPress site can move onto a care plan after the audit. Sites built on other platforms can usually be moved to WordPress as part of a Website Rescue, and we will tell you whether that is worth doing. The audit is written and yours to keep whether or not you take the plan.
What counts as a small change?
Anything that takes our team up to the plan’s monthly allowance: text and price updates, new images, a new page from an existing template, a form field, a seasonal notice, a plugin configured. A redesign, a new feature or a new integration is quoted separately and only started when you approve it.
How fast do you respond when something is wrong?
Every enquiry gets a human reply within one working day on any tier, and Priority gets same-working-day response during business hours. Uptime monitoring means we usually know about an outage before you do. For a site that is down, restoring the last clean backup is the first step and typically the fastest one.
Where is the site hosted and who owns it?
On managed WordPress hosting in an Irish or EU data centre, with Cloudflare in front for DNS, CDN and firewall. You own the domain, the content and the site. We hold the keys on your behalf while the plan runs and hand everything over, with a full backup, if you leave.
