Cindy Coutour: ready-to-wear sales and made-to-measure enquiries
A Dublin atelier making Afro-European fusion clothing, with two kinds of customer who need two different paths through one site.

The problem
Cindy Coutour designs and makes Afro-European fusion clothing from an atelier in Dublin. Some customers want a ready-to-wear piece they can buy now and have posted. Others want a made-to-measure garment for a wedding or an occasion, which starts with a conversation, measurements and a fitting, not a checkout button.
The brand’s audience lives on Instagram. A follower who sees a piece needs to get from the post to the right next step in a tap or two: buy it, or ask about having something made. Before the site, both paths went through direct messages, which worked until it did not scale.
What we did
- A lookbook that leads somewhere. Collections are shown as full-screen imagery, and every piece links to either a product page or a made-to-measure enquiry, so browsing always ends in an action.
- Product pages for ready-to-wear. Sizes, fabric, care and shipping on each page, with card payment and order confirmation handled by the shop, so the designer is not replying to messages to take a sale.
- A made-to-measure enquiry flow. A short form that asks about the occasion, the date and the budget band, and sends it to the atelier, so the first conversation starts with the right information.
- An Instagram-to-site path. A link page and matching product links so a follower goes from a post to the exact piece or the enquiry form, rather than to a homepage they have to search.
The result
The site is live at cindycoutour.com, with the shop and the enquiry flow in place. The numbers we will publish, ready-to-wear orders a month, made-to-measure enquiries a month and the share of visits arriving from Instagram, come from the shop, the form log and analytics, and are being agreed with the designer and will be published here once they are signed off.
The build is a Growth Website with a shop added, from our web design and build service, and it is the pattern we use for any independent retailer with a product to sell and a custom service to enquire about. Pricing is on the pricing page.
