A growth advisor who works the plan with you
For owner-led businesses that need a senior person on growth every week, without a full-time salary. We set the KPIs, run the pipeline review and ship one improvement a month.
- No long-term contracts
- 24-hour response
- Free consultation
Who this is for
You run the business and you are also, by default, the head of sales and marketing. A full-time growth hire is too much salary for the stage you are at, and an agency that only runs ads does not see the whole picture. A fractional advisor sits in between.
- Owner-led service businesses in Dublin and across Ireland with a working product and a steady trickle of customers, who want that trickle to become a pipeline.
- Care providers, clinics and home-care agencies that need more enquiries from the right families and commissioners, not just more traffic.
- Restaurants, cafés and local retailers that want to grow direct orders and repeat custom rather than pay a margin to marketplaces.
- Founders working between Ireland and Ghana who need a weekly check on what is actually moving the numbers.
Everything in the fixed fee
If it is not on this list, we say so before you sign, not after.
A weekly call
Forty-five minutes, same slot every week. We look at the numbers, decide the one thing to change next and agree who does it.
A KPI dashboard
One page with the handful of figures that matter: enquiries, calls booked, proposals sent, won, lost and why. Set up in month one and reviewed every week.
A pipeline review
Every open lead, where it is and what happens next. Nothing waits more than a week without a decision.
One improvement a month
A landing page, an offer, a follow-up sequence, a pricing change. Built, shipped and measured before we pick the next one.
A monthly report
What moved, what did not, and what we recommend. Written so you can forward it to a partner or a lender.
Access to the team
When the improvement needs a page built or a form wired to your CRM, our web and SEO team does it under the same plan.
How the project runs
Discovery
Two weeks on your numbers: where customers come from, what they are worth and where they fall out. We write the baseline down so every later claim has a before.
Strategy
We agree three KPIs, the offer we are selling, the pipeline stages and the first three monthly improvements. You sign off before anything is built.
Execution
The weekly rhythm starts: call, dashboard, pipeline review, one shipped improvement a month. You stay in charge of the business; we keep the growth work moving.
Optimisation
Each month we compare the KPIs to the baseline, keep what worked, drop what did not and reset the next three improvements. The plan gets sharper, not longer.
Why fractional, not full-time
A good head of growth in Dublin costs more than most owner-led businesses can justify until the pipeline is already working. The usual answer is to do it yourself in the gaps, which means it gets done in the gaps. A fractional advisor gives you the senior thinking and the weekly discipline for a fixed monthly fee, and you can stop when the business can carry a full-time hire.
We are not a strategy firm that hands over a deck. We built and run the websites, the booking forms and the follow-up sequences on our own sites, and we bring that into the room. We build and run about 20 of our own sites, so clients get methods we use on our own money.
What the sales and pipeline work looks like
Most owner-led businesses have a follow-up problem, not a sales problem. Enquiries arrive, get answered when there is time, and cool. The first thing we fix is speed: an automated reply within minutes with a booking link, then a human reply within one working day. Then we put every lead on a board with five stages, New, Call booked, Proposal sent, Won and Lost, and review it every Friday.
From there the work is practical: a proposal that closes faster, a second offer for people not ready for the first, a price test, the landing page the ad campaign should have had. One change a month, measured against the baseline, so you know what caused what.
- Lead response time measured from the CRM timestamp, not from memory.
- A lost reason recorded on every lost deal so patterns show up within a quarter.
- Lead scoring by service and budget so the enquiries worth a phone call reach you on WhatsApp, not just email.
Size the engagement before you call
The ROI calculator below is the one that used to sit on our homepage. Put in your current annual revenue, the growth you are aiming for, your gross margin and the fee, and it shows the net return after fees. It is an illustration, not a forecast, but it is a useful way to decide whether a fractional advisor is the right size of spend before you book a call.
If the numbers say a website is the bottleneck rather than the pipeline, we will tell you and point you to the Growth Website instead. Pricing for every service is on the pricing page.

Size the engagement before the call
Enter your own figures. The calculator shows what a growth target is worth in gross profit, and what is left after our fee.
Illustrative estimate based only on the figures you enter. It assumes the full growth target is reached within 12 months and that your gross margin holds. It is not a forecast, a guarantee of results or financial advice.

Questions about growth consulting
What does a fractional growth advisor cost?
From €1,500 a month, excluding VAT, with no long-term contract. That covers the weekly call, the KPI dashboard, the pipeline review, one improvement built and shipped each month, and the monthly report. If an improvement needs more build time than the plan covers, we quote it separately and you decide before any work starts.
How long should we work together?
Most engagements run three to eighteen months, sized to the work rather than a fixed term. The first three months set the baseline and prove the rhythm. After that we review every quarter whether the business still needs us, needs less of us, or is ready to hire its own growth person. You can stop at the end of any month.
Is this the same as a marketing agency?
No. An agency usually runs one channel, such as ads or social, and reports on that channel. A fractional advisor is accountable for the whole path from enquiry to won deal: the offer, the pricing, the follow-up, the pipeline and the channels. When a channel needs a specialist, we bring one in or tell you who to hire.
Do you work with businesses outside Dublin?
Yes. The weekly call is online, the dashboard is shared, and the improvements are built remotely. We work with owner-led businesses across Ireland and with founders operating between Ireland and Ghana. If you are in Dublin, the first discovery session can happen at our workspace in Dublin 11.
What do you need from us each week?
The forty-five minute call, honest numbers, and a decision when one is needed. Most owners spend an hour or two a week on the engagement in total. We do the analysis, the writing and the building; you do the approving and the selling. If you cannot free that time, the engagement will not work and we will say so early.
