SEO Audit and 90-day plan

SEO that is measured in enquiries, not rankings reports

A fixed-fee audit tells you exactly why your site is not being found and what to do about it, in order. Then, if you want us to do it, a monthly plan that writes, fixes and reports until the leads arrive.

Who it is for

Who this is for

SEO pays back for businesses whose customers search before they buy and who can take on more work if the phone rings more. It does not pay back for a business with a single-page site and no capacity. We will say so on the first call.

  • Clinics, home care providers and therapists competing for searches like “home care Dublin” or “therapist near me”.
  • Restaurants, cafés and local shops whose customers search for them by dish, area or occasion.
  • Any Irish service business with a decent site that gets traffic from ads or referrals but almost none from Google.
  • Owners who have paid for SEO before and never saw a report they understood.
What is included

Everything in the fixed fee

If it is not on this list, we say so before you sign, not after.

Technical audit

Crawl, speed, indexing, schema, sitemap, mobile and Core Web Vitals, with each issue ranked by how much it is costing you.

Keyword and page map

The searches your buyers actually make in Ireland, validated in Google’s own tools, mapped to the page that should rank for each one.

Local SEO setup

Google Business Profile completed and optimised, consistent name, address and phone across directories, and a review request process.

Content plan

Twelve article titles for the next six months, each answering a question a buyer asks, with the service and industry page each one supports.

90-day plan

A one-page, week-by-week plan you can hand to us or to anyone else. Nothing in it depends on hiring us.

Monthly Growth Partner work

If you choose the retainer: two articles a month, technical fixes, conversion changes and a monthly report of rankings, enquiries and calls booked.

Process

How the project runs

  1. Discovery

You give us access to Search Console, Analytics and your Business Profile. We look at what you rank for now, what you should, and who is in the way.

  2. Strategy

Within two weeks you get the audit, the page map and the 90-day plan, walked through on a call so every item makes sense.

  3. Execution

Technical fixes first, then local SEO, then content. Each month you see what was published, what was fixed and what moved.

  4. Optimisation

From month three, the plan is adjusted to what the data shows: the articles that bring enquiries get siblings, the ones that do not get rewritten.

Local SEO is the fastest win for Dublin searches

For most owner-led businesses, the map results matter more than the blue links. A complete Google Business Profile with the right categories, real photos, a post a week and a steady flow of reviews is the single most important local ranking asset, and it costs nothing but discipline. We set it up, write the first month of posts and give you a one-line review request to send at the end of every job.

We then make sure your name, address and phone are identical across Golden Pages, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and the directories relevant to your sector. Inconsistent listings confuse Google and cost you map rankings you have already earned.

Content that answers the question a buyer is asking

Rankings come from pages, so a site with six services and no articles has nothing to rank for long-tail searches. On the Growth Partner retainer we publish two articles a month of 1,200 to 1,800 words, each answering one real question: what a website costs in Ireland, whether own-site ordering beats a marketplace, what a HSE-funded care provider’s website must show. Each article links to the service and industry page it supports, so the whole site rises together.

Every piece is structured so that Google’s AI results and ordinary rankings can both quote it: a direct answer in the first 60 words, headings phrased as questions, a FAQ block with schema, a named author and a visible updated date. We repurpose each article as a LinkedIn post for you, with the article as the canonical version.

Honest timelines and what we report

SEO compounds, which means it is slow at the start. For Dublin service terms we plan for the first page-one rankings in months four to six and a steady organic lead flow from month nine. If a client needs enquiries sooner, we say so and point to a direct-ordering site, a better conversion path or a short ads test instead.

The monthly report fits on one page: keywords in the top ten in Ireland, organic sessions, qualified enquiries, calls booked and what we did. It comes from Search Console, Analytics and your CRM, not from a tool that counts rankings nobody searches for. Local Homecare Service is the case study to read for how this looks in healthcare; Pesto Kitchen for food. Both are built on the same approach, and prices for the audit and the retainer are on the pricing page.

FAQ

Questions about seo and content

How long before SEO brings in enquiries?

We plan for first page-one rankings on Dublin service terms in months four to six and steady organic enquiries from month nine. Local map rankings can move faster once your Business Profile is complete and reviews start arriving. Anyone promising page one in weeks is either targeting searches nobody makes or taking risks with your domain.

What does the audit cost and what do I get?

The SEO Audit and 90-day plan is a fixed fee from €950, excluding VAT. You get a technical audit, a keyword and page map, a local SEO setup checklist, a six-month content plan and a week-by-week 90-day plan, all walked through on a call. You can act on it yourself or hand it to us.

Do I have to sign a long contract for the retainer?

No. The Growth Partner retainer runs month to month from €800 a month and you can stop with 30 days’ notice. We ask for a three-month commitment in principle because that is the shortest period in which results can be seen, but it is not a contract term.

Do you build links?

We earn them. That means a “Website by Pefwil” credit on sites we build, real profiles on Clutch and DesignRush, local press for your business where there is a story, and guest articles in Irish SME publications. We do not buy link packages. Cheap links are a penalty risk, not a shortcut.

My site is on Wix, Squarespace or a page builder. Can you still help?

Yes, up to a point. The audit works on any platform and many fixes can be made where you are. If the platform itself is the ceiling, usually on speed or structure, we will say so and quote a rebuild on WordPress through our web design service rather than selling you SEO that cannot work.
