The problem

Local Homecare Service provides home care and staffing services for clients in Ireland. Like most providers, it has two groups of people arriving at its website for different reasons. A daughter looking for care for her father wants to know within a minute who the company is, what a visit looks like and how to make contact. A carer looking for work wants to know what the role pays, where the clients are and how to apply.

A single homepage written for one of these groups fails the other. The provider also needed to show its trust credentials plainly, take enquiries that involve sensitive personal details without mishandling them, and appear in local search for the areas it covers.

What we did

  1. A structure for both audiences. The homepage splits early into two routes: I need care, and I want to work in care. Each route has its own pages, its own language and its own call to action, so neither group has to read past content meant for the other.
  2. Service pages written as a typical day. Instead of adjectives, each care service describes what a visit involves, who comes and how it is arranged. The trust section lists only what the provider can stand over, in words a worried relative can understand.
  3. An enquiry form and an application form. The care enquiry form asks for the minimum needed to call back, carries a consent line linked to the privacy policy and sends by encrypted email. The carer application works in two minutes on a phone and reaches the hiring manager directly.
  4. Local SEO basics. A Google Business Profile that matches the site, area and service pages with clear titles, and the technical groundwork so the provider appears for home care searches in its coverage area.
  5. A Care Plan after launch. Hosting, updates, backups and monthly changes, so credentials and coverage stay current without a developer on call.

The result

The site is live at localhomecare.ie, with both routes in place. The results we will publish, enquiries a month from families, applications a month from carers and the local search position for the main service, come from the form logs and Search Console, and are being agreed with the client and will be published here once they are signed off.

This is the structure behind our healthcare and care work and the Care-provider Growth Website on the web design page. If recruitment is your bottleneck rather than enquiries, the same build starts from the careers side.
